St. Francis de Sales Jubilee Garden - 5 Raised Beds along our West Garden Bed. For the cool weather, we are planting parsnips, radishes, carrots, lettuce and beets in a square foot garden design. Versus planting in rows of 3, we can get more out of the square foot approach. Example: 16 carrots per square foot, for a 6x4 bed yields 384 carrots!
