back yard enclosed vegetable garden with raised beds. chicken wire burried 2 feet deep around peremeter to keep out ground hogs. 8 foot tall peremeter to keep out deer. raised beds filled with topsoil that has a mix of sand, clay, and compost. also a trench dug along western side outside of garden that extends down the side yard to help with drainage in periods of heavy rain or snow melt.
